These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at canadianeventcrew.com (the "Site") and all services provided by Canadian Event Crew ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a business registered and operating in Manitoba, Canada.
By accessing the Site, submitting an enquiry, signing a service agreement, or engaging our services in any capacity, you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this Site or engage our services.
Canadian Event Crew provides casino-themed event entertainment services, including but not limited to:
No real money gambling occurs at any Canadian Event Crew event. All chips and game tokens provided have zero monetary value. Our services constitute entertainment only and are not regulated gambling activities under Canadian law.
All bookings are subject to a formal written service agreement signed by an authorised representative of the Client. A booking is not confirmed until:

All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Harmonised Sales Tax (HST) will be applied as required by Canadian tax law.
Payment schedule:
Accepted payment methods: e-transfer, corporate cheque, Visa, and Mastercard. Corporate clients may apply for 30-day net terms subject to written approval.
The following cancellation policy applies to all confirmed bookings:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@canadianeventcrew.com and will be acknowledged within one business day.
Canadian Event Crew shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather conditions, government mandates, public health emergencies, transportation disruptions, or equipment failure caused by third parties. In such cases, we will make all reasonable efforts to reschedule your event at no additional charge.
All equipment rented remains the property of Canadian Event Crew at all times. The Client is responsible for:
The Client accepts liability for the cost of repair or replacement of any equipment that is damaged, destroyed, or not returned as a result of the actions of their guests or staff beyond ordinary wear.
The Client agrees not to introduce real-money wagering, regulated gambling mechanics, or any form of monetary prize linked to game outcomes into any event serviced by Canadian Event Crew. Violation of this clause constitutes a material breach of the service agreement and Canadian Event Crew will terminate the event immediately without refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Canadian Event Crew's total liability to the Client for any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manitoba.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site following publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
